Kluang Trip

Gentlemen,
Our football trip to Kluang will be ON this Saturday, 5th April 2008. We need to settle some admin matters prior to the trip.
1) We need you to confirm your attendance for the game. As of yesterday, only Ayyub has confirmed his absence due to reservist duty. Raizal has been listed as doubtful. That means we are expecting everyone else to attend. Please confirm your attendance to any one of the exco members or your anchor points. Please do not make us sms you endlessly and beg for a reply. SMSes cost money. Let’s be fair to everyone.
2) Are you driving? If you are, can you give some teammates a lift? If yes, how many can you take in. We are trying to figure out transportation arrangements. For now, Irwan and Hisham have confirmed that they are driving. For those drivers who are giving their teammates a ride, please furnish the cost that the passengers would have to pay.
Azhar has set the meeting point to be at Woodlands MRT station taxi stand at 12pm. We will play the game at night and according to what I was told, we will return to Singapore that very night. Bai, please confirm this detail and how much are we expected to pay for match fees.
If there are any queries, please contact any of the exco members. Thank you and looking forward to see all on Saturday.

We have confirmed 3 transport. Irwan, Hisham and Azam, that can confortably fits 16 players driver included(Irwan and Hisham correct me if I’m wrong). We can sort whose taking whose when we reach Woodland MRT this Sat at 1200hrs.
For confirmed players, make yourself available.
For tentative players, pse confirm asap.
Tentative itinerary.
1. Meet at Woodland MRT(1200hrs)
2. Lunch probably at Machap (approx 1330~1400hrs)
3. Kluang Stadium (1800hrs)
4. Game (2000hrs)
5. Dinner (to be determine)
6. Home Sweet home (to be determine)
Game fee: $10~$15 Sg Dollars, depending on number of player.
Transport fee: Depend on Driver
Food fee: Own (Lunch and Dinner)

looking forward to see you guys there…we’ll have a great makan after the game. be prepared for a wet field cause it rains nights there. hopefully it won’t be the case for this sat. bring your shower stuff for there are shower rooms but don’t expect too much for the condition. just adapt lah!!! janji bolih mandi sudah!

Hey guys…! I don’t mean to spoil the spirits here eh..! Wish to get everyone’s consensus whether its okay for each pax to pay $25 for transport. This should cover to and fro and of course, bila balik Singapore, kita hantar sampai rumah lah coz sure sampai lewat punye.
So, $25 per person. You can sit any car you want.
p.s. Drivers… the money collected can then be used for 3/4 tank, tolls and refill when coming back to Singapore.
Consensus pls.

The price should be okay enough.Anything more than that is cutthroat.Anything less than that is appreciated.Wahahaha.

Drivers please provide onboard entertainment ie: song vcds,movie vcds,colored vcds.

My Skyline is ready but I’m not driving, unless have to. Looking at the attendance, most to most we have 18 if Raizal decides to go.
Drivers correct me if I’m wrong;
Hisham may ferry 6 or 7
Irwan - 6 or 7
Azam - 4 or 5
(driver included)
I don’t see the need of having an extra vehicle.
$25 per head is OK.

Ok My car although MPV tapi kecil. Rear seat quite cramp for adult, not comfortable. 5 passenger will be power, max 6 but the 1 behind kena tahan sengal kaki sampai kluang. Power if we have 4 cars. Each 5 and lots of space for barang-barang. Take note all. ole ole ole ole ole ole ole

Btw, Sham, an earlier post stated that the game fee will be about $10 to $15 per person, depending on the number of players. $25 + $15 = $40. Bring an extra $50 for food and buying stuff. A great weekend ahead! Yehooooo!!!
